How we will accept your order
• 3. a) By completing and submitting an order online, you are making an offer to purchase product(s).
• 3. b) After you have placed your order, we will send you an email to acknowledge your this, which will confirm which product(s) you have ordered.

• 6. a) The costs of delivery will be as displayed on our website.
• 6. b) If our supply of the product(s) is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
• 6. c) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation, you have a 60-day period to change your mind, Provided the product is not returned damaged or has been deemed to have been worn.
• 6. d) To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
• Refunds, all monies will be refunded within 5 days of notification of a canceled product.
• Returns, the consumer will pay for the secure return of the product(s) they have purchased at their own expense, unless the product is faulty of which Jo L’acqua will cover the cost.
• Earrings, due to the nature of this product Jo L’acqua will not accept or refund, any Earrings that have been opened from their plastic secure packaging, this is due to hygiene reasons and the re-saleability of the product(s). - Price And Payment
