Returns Policy

At Jo L’acqua, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

How to Return an Item:

  • Return Email:

    • Please email your return request to joanna@jolacqua.co.uk.
    • Include your order number and customer name for reference.
  • Return Address:

    • Return your products to:
      • PO BOX 1545,
      • Peterborough,
      • PE2 2YT

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the parcel is received.
  • Important Note: Earrings cannot be returned if their original packaging has been opened due to hygiene reasons.

Consumer Rights:

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation, you have a 60-day period to change your mind.
    • Products must be returned in good condition and must not have been worn.
  • To fulfill the cancellation deadline, you must communicate your decision to cancel before the 60-day period expires.

Refund Timeline:

  • All payments will be refunded within 5 days of receiving notice of a cancelled product.

Responsibility for Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for securely returning products unless an item is faulty.
    • In cases where a product is faulty, Jo L’acqua will cover the return cost.

Special Conditions:

  • Earrings:
    • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be accepted for return or refund if they have been opened from their secure plastic packaging.
